Forbes Subscrition Mess

I had subscribed to Forbes in June, 2009. Today is 29th July 2009 and I am to receive the copy of magazine till date.
With Financial magazines getting the copy on right time is absolute must as any financial, market news makes no sense after 10 days. Its been a month and the peice of junk they will send me, if they send me would be HISTORY for TINY TOTS by then.

Apple blocks Google Voice from iPhone and App Store

Just heard the inevitable, Apple had refused to approve official Google Voice application itself from the App Store, citing the fact that they “duplicate features that come with the iPhone”. The news hasn’t surprised many and was on expected lines after Apple last week changed the Terms and Conditions and blocked several Google Voice based applications like GV Mobile from their App Store. I tried Google Latitude [The application of Google Maps for iPhone] to keep tabs on friends or employees or girlfriend or wife or husband and find out exactly where they are works great. I am testing it, but soo far it has me smiling ears to ears :) .

Yahoo Image Search adds Sightseeing Feature

Yahoo has launched an interesting feature to their Image Search which lets you do Sightseeing Without Leaving Yahoo Image Search.

There is no separate section. When you type in a city in image search, Yahoo will suggest related points of interest to your search, giving you more relevent information about your city search. I searched for Las Vegas on Yahoo image search, and it showed me Bellagio, Caesar’s Palace, Paris Las Vegas etc on left hand navigation bar that will include image results for various points of interest and popular destinations within Las Vegas. Further clicking on any of the popular joint shows the image results of that place or building. (more…)

Iss Jungle se mujhe Bachao is Disgusting

Seems the cameraman and director of TV serial, Iss Jungle se mujhe Bachao, are spending mose of their creative energies and skills on filming Shweta Tiwari bathing for whole 3 minutues. The came just zooms in and out on Shweta Tiwari bathing. Disgusting!!

And I am not sure whats gonna happen as Negar Khan joins the crew. OMG!!

Google Wave Beta Lauch Date Announced

Gmail displaying Images For Contacts

Gmail will now display images automatically if the account owner has send an email to the sender at least twice in the past. It should also be noted that the images will only be displayed if the email is send from an authenticated server such as Google Mail, Yahoo Mail or Windows Live Mail.

Every other email with images will be handled just like before
